Tandoori Chicken
8 pieces of chicken (leg quarters, breasts, whatever you've got)
1.5 cups yogurt
2 T lemon juice
2 T minced fresh ginger
1 T minced garlic
1 t cumin
1 t tumeric
½ t ground coriander
2 T cilantro
Rice
Mix yogurt, herbs, and spices and use as marinade for chicken all day. Grill chicken pieces, brushing with marinade, and serve over rice.
