Awesome Meat Loaf (Really!)

 

Loaf:

     ·        2 eggs

     ·        ½ c. shredded cheese

     ·        2/3 c. milk

     ·        1 tsp. salt

     ·        1 ½ lb. ground beef

     ·        ½ tsp pepper

     ·        3 slices fresh bread crumbs

     ·        1 onion, grated

     ·        ½ c. grated carrots

 

Sauce:

     ·        ¼ c. brown sugar

     ·        ¼ c. ketchup

     ·        ¼ tbs. dry ground mustard

 

Beat eggs with fork.  Add milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.  Beat until bread crumbs disintegrate.  Add grated onion, carrots, cheese, and beef.   Mix well.  Put in pan.  Mix sauce and pour over meat loaf. 

Bake at 350 till done (about 1 hr).
