Chicken Bake Dish
Classic comfort food, and a potluck pleaser.
- 4 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mixed veggies, drained
- 4 hardcooked eggs, chopped
- ¾ c. mayo or miracle whip
- ½ tsp. salt
- small onion, diced
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
Mix and bake uncovered 30-40 minutes at 375.
Topping (add for last 5-10 min. to melt cheese):
- 1 c. crushed potato chips or cracker crumbs
- 2/3 c. grated cheddar cheese
