Corn Stuffing
Almost as easy as a box mix, and oh so much better.
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2/3 c. minced onion
- ½ c. butter
- 1 tsp. dried sage
- 2 qt. soft breadcrumbs
- 2.5 tsp salt (I use way less than this)
- ¾ tsp. pepper
- 2 cans corn, drained.
- 2 c. boiling water
Cook onion and celery in butter till soft.
Combine ingredients.
Bake 45 min. at 350.
