Corn Stuffing

 

Almost as easy as a box mix, and oh so much better.

 

  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 2/3 c. minced onion
  • ½ c. butter
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 2 qt. soft breadcrumbs
  • 2.5 tsp salt (I use way less than this)
  • ¾ tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans corn, drained. 
  • 2 c. boiling water

 

Cook onion and celery in butter till soft.

 

Combine ingredients.

 

Bake 45 min. at 350.
