Dessert Cheese Ball
Make this any time you need something more impressive than brownies. It freezes great, so do it up when you have time and thaw for the event.
Dessert Cheese Ball
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter (no substitutes)
¾ c. powdered sugar
2 T brown sugar
¾ c mini chocolate chips
¼ t vanilla
Mix together softened cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add
powdered sugar and brown sugar until just mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Put mixture in a large piece of plastic wrap and form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans. Serve with small cookies (like vanilla wafers or chocolate graham crackers).
