Easy Oven Potatoes

 

I didn't say healthy.  I said easy.  Tasty, too.

 

Ingredients

 

• 1 stick margarine or butter
• 1 pkg. onion soup mix
• 1 lb. diced potatoes (peeled if desired, but not necessarily)

 

 

Melt margarine in 9x13 pan.  Stir in soup mix and potatoes till coated.  

Cover and bake 45 min. at 350.
