Picnic Pasta Salad
It’s good. It’s easy. You make it the night before. And no worrying about mayo in the sun.
- 1 lb. mostaccoli, cooked (ribbed is best)
- 1 onion, chopped (I sometimes use part red)
- Large pepper or two, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
Dressing:
- 1 Tbs. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbs. parsley
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 ½ c. sugar (start with less and add to taste)
- 2 c. white vinegar
Mix all together and marinate overnight.
