Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

 

An excellent way to meet one's daily quota of fruit servings.  Don't forget the vanilla ice cream.

 

Ingredients 

 

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbs. flour
  • 3-4 c. sliced strawberries
  • 5-6 c. diced rhubarb

 

Topping

 

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. oats

 

Mix first four ingredients and put in lightly greased 9x13.

Mix topping till crumbly and sprinkle over fruit. 

Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
