Tortilla Dump Soup

A good recipe when you're short on time or when Grandma has to cook. And the babies like it because they get to eat chips for once.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can cooked chicken, drained and shredded. Or, if you just can't bring yourself to buy this, the leftovers from last night's chicken work better.
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • 3 Tbs taco seasoning
  • 3 Tbs ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 large cans (around 5 cups) chicken broth

Directions:

  1. Dump all cans into large pot and stir together. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips with shredded cheese.
